I’m sure that you’ll agree that it’s important to surround yourself with positivity to attract similar outcomes, happiness and success.  During this pandemic period, I find that it’s even more important to implement measures to ensure that you’re not distracted as well as avoid its effect, which can lead to disease.

Because we are tapped into this universe at a multitude of levels, it’s important to ensure that the chosen methods are implemented in as many aspects of your life as possible.  Focusing on one method may bring you success, but you will be restricting your potential wealth in other areas.  Let the universe assist in directing you on your path.

I’ll start by suggesting the obvious that we should be around people who are happy, successfully and who maintain their positivity; and, people who are honest, care for us and want us to success.  This could be friends, coworkers and/or family.  A true test is when these individuals feel compelled to communicate difficult information to you to ensure that you follow your destined path and will question each time you sway from it.

Of course, we all have flaws and failures, but the caliber of this person maintains a positive outcome and you feel that positivity come out of their aura.  We all have moments of weakness, so be kind to them and you.  Look at their intent, their actions before casting judgement.  Help each other during those moments and the burden will be lessen.  Quality will always be better than quantity, so look for those quality people and nourish that working relationship so you can maximize of each other blossoms.

Another important aspect to consider is your newsfeed from social media, media and any materials that you read.  Even the AI algorithm on most social media help ensure that you continue to see ONLY what you subscribed to.  You should delete profiles that don’t align with your values and who, most likely, you don’t interact with in order to allow new positive profiles to join your circle.  Once you start this method, you’ll notice an immediate difference in your newsfeed and you can continue to tweak it to maintain a social/information feed that is align with your values and ideas.

The same applies to books, magazines and newspapers where you should focus your literature on items of interests.  For me, I enjoy reading and reviewing the headlines and world news from multiple news sources to gain insight on today’s scenario.  I may review the other sections: books, arts, science, real estate, etc. but will rarely read a full article.  My book love delves into fantasy, science-fiction, fiction and non-fiction and will constantly flip-flop between types as well as between languages (English and French).  Magazines will feed my curiosity of my hobbies: music, bicycling, healthy living, gaming, exercising, etc.

Speaking of, it’s important to surround yourself with activities that provide positive growth in various aspects of life.  Volunteering and community work provides a huge amount of positive growth for you and the community.  Other forms such as exercising, yoga, Pilates, stretching and cardio provide physical growth; reading, researching and writing develops your intelligence; and of course, meditation provide mental and spiritual growth.

Maintaining a variety of activities allows you to savour the fruit from all of those trees of positivity.  Focus on a few of them so you can gain some discipline, but stay flexible when the universe is trying to lean you in the new direction.  I always felt it was better to be a “jack of all trades” as opposed to a specialist because the technology surrounding these activities is constantly evolving making it difficult to master.  And, I prefer to remain the student.

Your environment also plays a key role, so make sure that your home and every room is organize, clean and demonstrate your Self in the best way possible.  Take the time to clean and organize your physical self: clothes, dishes, items, supplies, tools, etc. and you will notice a psychological difference.  You’ll also notice how much space you have to grow.

Having an animal friend around your home also bring great positive energy.  Conduct some research to determine the most suitable friend for you.  Dogs are great, but so are birds, reptiles, cats, fishes, hamsters, etc.  You should look for an animal friend that enjoys a similar lifestyle.  Plants bring and detoxify our much-needed air and a must in every household.  Similar to your animal friend, grab some household plants that meet your level of effort to ensure suitability and place them in every room possible.

If possible, start an indoor or outdoor garden.  The benefits behind it are significant as you’ll learn a tremendous amount about your soil, area, environment, pests as well as develop discipline in looking after your veggies, herbs and flowers.  Cherry tomatoes are one of my favourites to grow as well as mint, thyme, strawberries and cannabis.  Whatever you chose to grow, make the time each day to groom your garden for an optimal harvest.

Surrounding yourself with these positive practices, activities and methods to essentially enact positivity across the universe and call it towards you.  Energy attracts similar energy, so completing small daily goals that better yourself confirms your intentions and desires.  It is also the healthiest way to grow in every aspect of your life since it is all connected.  Action speaks louder than words.

During all of this, it’s important to remain flexible and balance and celebrate your successes.  Don’t overwhelm yourself.  I invite you to share your successes with those who require it in order for them to move to the next level.  There’s nothing more convincing than seeing someone you know accomplish it.  Their guidance and support became invaluable and your friendship deepens.
